This week I enjoyed playing with a few different sites to make animated GIF's. I found a couple that were interesting and I played around in them for a few hours figuring out how it works. The reason why I chose these pictures are because they are my life. Although these are just the two closest people in my life, there will be lots more pictures of more of my family for you to see. My boyfriend is who I spend every waking hour with because we live together and work together. I love him. I chose his pictures because he's the light of my life, when I'm having hard day he's always right there. I chose a few pictures of my nephew Owen mainly because he's my first nephew, the other nephew you'll see later on, but Owen is my #1 fan right now. Every time I go see him, or when my sister brings him into work he's all smiles towards me. He's only 8 months old. He makes my life more enjoyable, especially when I get to chase him around in a couple months.
I explored http://picasion.com and http://www131.lunapic.com/editor/. I was pretty surprised at how easy these sites were to navigate through. I usually use the hard sites, finding these made my day. It's hard to find easy free sites to work with, most sites nowadays cost money to use.
My favorite site to use was LunaPic because of all the different animations they offered. I had a fun time exploring all the animations and see what one looked better for my website. The rotating cube caught my eye the most. The site offered a variety of different things, from editing your photo, sizing you photo, adjustments, all sorts of different effects, to a rotating cube. You can even save it to your computer!
Picasion was an easy site to work with. Once you go to the site you can instantly upload your pictures, then press get animation, wait maybe a minute or two and your animation pops up. The best part is you can save it to your computer! The only thing that I would have to change about Picasion site is that I wasn't able to add any effects or a funny animation, it was a basic straight to the point animation. You only got one animation to see and that's it. But, if anyone likes a simple and easy photo editor site check out Picasion.
